David is the principal stockholder in Rosenbloom & Butler, CPAs, P.C. He graduated from Hood College in 1996 with a B.A. in management and accounting. David has worked in public accounting since 1997.
David takes a special interest in the business consulting and management side of accounting. He enjoys and is very experienced in working with high net worth clients and businesses. Estate planning, business structuring, maximizing profits and lowering taxes are his specialties. David prides himself on his client relationships and high ethical standards.
He also conducts and supervises audits and various accounting services, prepares business and personal tax returns, and business valuations. He is proficient with various software packages including Timberline, Prosystems fx, Sage, Quickbooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
David is a member of American Institute of CPAs, Maryland Association of CPAs and the Maryland Society of Accountants. He is on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit cemetery. He sponsors many charitable organizations and events annually.
David, a native Marylander, grew up and lives in Poolesville with his wife and son. He helps coach his son’s baseball team and is a Washington Nationals fan. David also enjoys the outdoors, boating, fishing, water and snow skiing and traveling with his family.
